The Hope Project is part of an exciting new vision to help re-build community in the Layton and Brunswick area of Blackpool.  The Hope Project is part of an wider emerging concept called the Life Care Advice Centre (LCAC) which will assist with pregnancy advice, senior citizens and other youth based programmes.  LCAC is a non profit making Community Interest Company which is registered with Companies House.
