Is the Lord calling you to serve Him full time?
We are excited about our apprenticeship scheme at RCC which helps people train for leadership roles within the Church. The apprenticeship scheme is a two year full time church based program run in association with the Fellowship of Independent Evangelical Churches' excellent training program called Prepared for Service (PFS).  You can see further information at www.fiec.org.uk

The program is extremely flexible and can be tailored to suit the particular interests of the apprentice, however it would include outstanding theological training with PFS as well as practical, hands on, real time, experience at Rehoboth Christian centre.  This might include:

1. Evangelism
2. Small group work/teaching
3. Pastoral work
4. Ministry and service in the Salt & Light Cafe
5. Schools' work
6. Mercy ministries
7. Youth work/music ministry

Why run such a scheme?

The UK is a mission field with 60 million people in it, two die every one minute.  The great need of the hour is for laborers’ in God's UK harvest field.  We need leaders for all kinds of work who can be part of fulfilling the great commission and who are skilled in the word of God and so are able to disciple well.

Church isn't a hobby!  It is a family, it is a school, it is an army barracks, but it's not a hobby!  The fight is on, and the UK need more front line troops who count the cost and do it anyway!
